Patient Information

Prescription Refills

Whenever possible, please request prescription refills during your office visit. Otherwise, call your pharmacist to determine if there is a refill remaining on your prescription.

If there are no refills available, please call our office at least 24 hours before you run out of your medication, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This will provide adequate time to review your medical record and determine if a refill is warranted. Prescriptions for narcotics cannot be filled after office hours or on weekends.

To best assure our patient safety, it is our policy not to prescribe new medications or narcotics, without the benefit of a patient examination.
